I was so hesitant to get into lifting with barbells but Kiercy is incredibly attentive and has made me feel safe and well equipped to push myself week after week. The most wonderful coach ! Our little town is so fortunate to have her skills, knowledge & energy. I started working out with Kiercy 3 years ago. I have had chronic low back pain since I was a child, I have tried all the therapies & exercises; including endless workout classes/pilates/HIT style training. More & more I was recommended heavy weight training- sure I went to the gym and did things my physio advised- but it wasn’t the missing piece to my puzzle.
